Trommel Screen

In cooperation with the customer, we engineered the steel frame of a new design trommel screen for a mill discharge.  This involved a concept development, strength, stiffness and fatigue optimization using FEA and weld fatigue analysis.  Manufacturing drawings of the screen were created and delivered.
