Owner Ossie Zaayman has a Master's degree in Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in engineering, analyzing, fabricating, and repairing heavy machinery and equipment.

Complete project execution from concept development through to manufacture drawings and specifications: Equipment/Machinery sizing and specifications. Strength and stiffness analysis, including natural modes. Fatigue Analysis. Assembly configurations and fabrication process optimization.

Designing welded structures subject to dynamic (fatigue) loading. Weld joints are sized for strength and fatigue resistance. Welding consumables can be defined for a specific application and base material. WPS and NDT are developed based on fatigue requirements.

Cast component engineering: We can advise on selecting suitable cast material for your application. Structural and fatigue analysis on cast components. Development of NDT and acceptance specifications. Creating manufacturing drawings.

We have a full portfolio of modern engineering tools. For structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) we use NEiNastran and Solidworks Cosmos. CAD software: ProEngineer, SolidWorks, AutoCad Inventor.  Discrete Element Modeling (DEM): Bulk Flow Analyst for dirt and particle flow in earthmoving machinery and plant equipment. We use Matlab for complex calculations, data processing and fatigue analysis.
