Large Mining Rope Shovel Dipper Arms

P&H 2300 New dipper arms:  We designed and engineered a complete new dipper arm assembly for the the P&H 2300 machine.  This involved concept development, structural design and fatigue analysis, and manufacturing drawings.

P&H 4100 Dipper Arm analysis for stiffness and strength: The strength and fatigue were analyzed with FEA to determine the optimum configuration of internal stiffeners to reduce current recurring cracking.
